The RØDE NT4 Stereo Microphone features two capsules in an X/Y configuration, eliminating the need for a complex pair of mics, a stereo bar, and other equipment. Simply place a single mic to capture a realistic stereo image. The two 1/2" cardioid condenser capsules are oriented at a 90° angle to each other and generate a wide stereo image. The mic is ideal for drum overheads, percussion, choirs, or for recording ambient noise and sound design in the studio or on location. The NT4 can be powered by a 9V battery or 48V phantom power. It comes with stereo XLR and 3.5mm mini-jack cables for connecting the NT4 to a mixing console, portable recorder, or camera.
