The RØDE Lavalier is a discreet, broadcast-quality lavalier microphone for every imaginable application. The Lavalier's low self-noise, omnidirectional pickup pattern, and discreet design make it ideal for film, television, video, theater, houses of worship, and any other situation where a quality microphone needs to be heard but not seen. It is connected by a 1.2m Kevlar®-shielded cable, which can withstand pulls of up to 10kg. The included mini-fur provides protection from strong winds and ensures good performance in harsh environments, while the included cable clips allow the cable to be routed discreetly while allowing maximum user mobility. The waterproof, shock-resistant case protects the microphone, cable, clips, and included accessories. To provide the greatest possible flexibility, RØDE has designed the MiCon™ connector system to allow the lavalier microphone to be connected to a wide range of wireless systems, mixing consoles, cameras and field recorders.
