The smartLav+ can be used as a traditional lavalier/clip microphone and connected to the headphone jack of a smartphone or tablet that is recording with the iOS app “RØDE Rec” or other audio application. It features a high-quality omnidirectional condenser capsule that captures sound from 360°, allowing for great freedom in mounting the smartLav+ and making it easy to use. It comes with a pop screen to minimize wind noise and plosives (“B”, “T” and “P”) and a sturdy mounting clamp with cable guide. The Kevlar® reinforced cable prevents damage caused by pulling or breaking the cable.
