      The DeadCat VMP+ is a luxurious windshield for the VideoMic Pro+, designed for use in windy conditions. Designed to reduce wind noise during outdoor recording, the DeadCat VMP+ combines an open-cell foam cover with an outer layer of acoustically transparent artificial fur. A rubber base, designed to fit snugly and reliably over the VMP+, prevents wind noise from entering the rear of the microphone's pickup area. The DeadCat VMP+ is compatible only with the VideoMic Pro+.
